CAD only updates on mon, wed, fri and sat btw, not daily
Anyway.
Real Life - gaming\humour\semi-autobiographical
Polymer City Chronicles - began as a gaming comic with gags and kind of morphed into a fantasy\sci-fi epic (which was cut short) and is now... hard to pin down, really. Still usually gag based.
Penny Arcade - for those who don't know, is practically the granddaddy of all gaming webcomics (unless the title actually goes to PvP. I wouldn't know; I don't read it).
Sinfest - gag based, witty and often insightful digs at the differences between men and women and cats and dogs, with religion thrown into the mix (as well as the occasional parody).
Machall - semi autobiographical\gaming\gag based. Really nice art.
Megatokyo - anime\manga, gaming, relationships, occasionally funny (less so these days :/). But I don't need to describe it; I'm sure everyone already knows Megatokyo.
Ctrl Alt Del - gaming web comic.
Bob and George - it began as procrastination; a comic made from sprites from Megaman rather than knuckle down and draw something. But when he realised that the sprites were working much better, they stuck. As far as I know, this is the original spritecomic. It's also very funny at times.
VGcats - a gaming webcomic starring the author's two cats (for no discernable reason). Hillarious and often highly insightful.
Exploitation Now - begins as the very funny account of a moogle and a porn star (who are housemates) and morphs into a somewhat more serious tale of an underage genius supervillain trying to deal with life. If you're offended by boobies you won't like this one. It's also finished, as the author has moved on to...
Errant Story - a sarcastic fantasy epic (which is taking a reeealy long time to get to the freaking point. Oh well).
Manga, it owns.
And the community is so freaky that they make rescripts and kitbashs of some of the issues and add in funny stuff like "goth sandwhich" (2 American Freaks + 1 Japanese Goth....) or raping a robotor girl.
Good stuff ^^
:EDIT: Curse you skorp.... Still, my description>yours ^^

The Lounge Updates Mondays-Fridays Mature

QUOTE

Hello and welcome to The Lounge. If this is your first visit or are still somewhat new let me give you a little summary of what The Lounge is all about.
The Lounge is written/illustrated by John Joseco, and it follows the misadventures of the sexy Lounge Manager Italy Ishida. Italy inherited The Lounge, an anime/games/comics/coffee shop, from her ailing father. She is assisted by Max, her rice obsessed protege, and eventually more characters who join the staff.
In addition to the staff, The Lounge is frequented by regulars who can often make the job hard for the Lounge crew. Aya and Alex constantly make getting work done a near impossible task for Italy. Occasionally, bastard Scott likes to show up to make his brother Max's life a veritable Hell.
Life outside of the Lounge is sometimes crazier than what happens in the store! There is always something exciting or crazy going on. The antics and interactions between characters is hilarious so you won't want to miss a thing.
Now that you know the gist of The Lounge, why not see for yourself what its all about.

It's an extremely hormone driven comic. The main character (Rayne) is a sex fiend and despite how horrible he is, he can charm the ladies. It's a good read.

Aaaah, thanks.
White Ninja Comics- Best comic ever for utterly stupid and completely random funny. Updates Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Example:

Chopping Block - Shows the human side of being a ruthless and insane serial killer. Supposed to update M-W-F but sometimes has breaks of months between them.
Example:

Freefall Comics - Odd comic about a crazy space alien scavenger who's trying to captain a ship despite the fact he has no clue how, he's semi-kidnapped an elite engineer (who also happens to be a wolf for reasons explained in the comic) who actually got his ship up to flying standards. Also has a crazy robot. Artist appears to be a furry of some kind but it never really shows up in the comic other than all the billboards and posters are animals (as well as one of the main characters). Updates M-W-F.
Example:

All the others I read have already been mentioned.
Oo no I forgot one.
Bigger Than Cheese(s?) - Probably not work safe, can be kinda rubbish sometimes but also at others it can be utterly hilarious. Normally updates M-W-F but artist has claimed he'll probably be updating less recently. Also shows the greatest improvement of art I've seen in any comic. Check the difference between first and last.
Example:
