Software Mode...?

I really like this game a lot and I want to play it, but I can't seem to see anything... when I join a game, it says Natural Selection cannot run in Software mode, but whenever I try to change to a different mode, it says I can't... why? (by the way, I recently purchased and inserted a new graphics card so I could play; my older one wouldn't even start up because it was too much to handle.. it's an Asus V9400 GeFORCE MX 4000 by nVIDIA with 128MB DDR)... what do I do? Should I reinstall NS?

    From reading your post, it seems like there something wrong with your system. An MX4000 can handle NS easily...
