Ns Version Question

Hi I have a question about the version of NS i have. It says in the steam games menu "Natural Selection (beta 5)" which i don't understand. Your website claims that it's most current version is 3.0 but for some reason i have the beta. Also, if this is the most played Half-life mod (according to the top of the "Browse Games" window), how come I only see about 10 servers? Any help appreciated thanks.

    NS 3.0 beta 5 (abbreviated 3b5, or similar) was the version just previous to the release of 3.0. In other words, you have an older version and that's the reason you only see 10 servers. Head to the front page and re-download and reinstall the game (just to be safe, I'd uninstall it first).
