Im not sure where to ask this. And its a silly question anyway but... How come at the beginning of a round the aliens hear "cleanse the intruders"? Arent the aliens the intruders?
The Aliens originally came in and wiped out all of the humans on the various space stations, bases etc. So I guess you could say they "own" them now that they are occupying them. Moreover, the gameplay of the Marines is centered around them moving in and "taking back" the locations which the Aliens have taken over.
In short, the Marines are attacking, and the Aliens are defending, thus the Marines are "intruding".

In most map storylines, a station has been disabled/damaged by a Kharaa infestation and there is no human life left. The marines come after the damage has been done, so like Mr Charisma mentioned, they are basically intruding.
Also, if you think of the mindset of any present-day predator, it will build it's nest and deem anyone within its bounds an intruder, whether it was there first or not. In this case, the Hive would be the nest.

Back Um Down, and Cleanse Da Intruders. One from the marine abjective POV, and the other from the alien objective POV...
You might know the chap who sings them too. Give him some respect from me when you see him next...
