Applying Icons

I recently downloaded some very nice icons off of deviantart, and I have a slight problem: I don't know how to apply them to my computer. Namely, I want to use the <a href='http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/20202853/' target='_blank'>Anai System</a> icons, but I don't know how to change my pc so that ALL folders get replaced with the new icon; and I don't know how to change my c: drive's icon, etc. etc.

A little help please? o.o

    Go into explorer, go to Tools > File Type. Find whatever it is you want changed, go to advanced, there will be a change icon option. Thats for specific files... you might have to do some more searching to change how your folders look.

    I completely forgot... just right click the desktop and go into properties for folder and other crap.

    That works for the desktop icons, but when I try to apply it to the folders, something wierd happens: whenever I try to open a folder, I end up searching it instead...

    Also, how can I apply icons to drives like my c: drive?
