<div class="IPBDescription">minimize, maximize, close</div>Ok, I have let google down. I don't know what magical phrase to type in to get my answer. I am looking to get the actual icons of the minimize, maximize, and close (way there, in the right!) out of wherever they are stored. I could just take a picture of them, but this is a work computer, locked down, with only paint.

So, any ideas, or am I going to have to do some work at home?

I believe they are stored in WINDOWS\Resources\Themes\Luna\Shell , in the 3 folders there.

But they are .dll files, like the stardard icon choices for shortcuts are stored in .dll's.

    However:

<a href='http://www.wincustomize.com/Skins.aspx?LibID=-1&view=1&sortby=4&sortdir=DESC&p=6&advanced=0&searchtxt=buttons&g=1' target='_blank'>Second set down on this page for "close"</a>

    looking for more.

I am pretty sure there is a program that allows you to extract images from windows .dll files, but that would mean finding the correct .dll file.
