If anyone ever wanted to know how - I personally never found any to my personal liking so I made my own
<a href="http://www.bullseyecrosshairs.com/redesign.zip" target="_blank">http://www.bullseyecrosshairs.com/redesign.zip</a>
very basic readme files are included, but I figured it out in about 5 minutes.

Includes SPRViewer, SPRWizard (you gotta love Wavelength) and PakExplorer (which isn't needed for NS, but still useful as long as HL is concerned).
Worth the download if you're interested in working with sprites, and the readme files are decent, too.
EDIT: Iconoclast, I gotta admit that your post misled me too, at first :

Just to say we think you're posting the crosshairs you've made <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />
I'm not sure exactly what screenshot you want me to provide..but here
