Yes, their lyrics are overtly spiritual, but the music is amazingly good, especially the early albums. The last three, not so much. Look up Upbeats and Beatdowns, Our Newest Album Ever, and Quantity is Job One (the Pants Opera is worth it by itself).
You might wanna try some of these. The Aquabats, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Lightyear, Ska-P, Voodoo Glowskulls, Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, King Prawn, Sublime, The Gadjits, The Pietasters, Dance Hall Crashers.

I have no idea about ska, but Last.fm is pretty good for the kind of stuff I listen to.
