Bleh, he may be fast, but I still swear by Andre Olbrich of Blind Guardian <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />
Wow, guitar abuse that is actually somewhat musically appealing, I'm impressed. I can appreciate these guys who can play amazingly fast, but it seems like the majority of them aren't as much musicians any more as they are technicians, they do what they do well, but they don't have any art to it. Once again this isn't the most musically amazing thing I have ever heard, but at least it sounded good rather then just like a guitar being mercilessly abused by a madman.
Michael Romeo > Him imo <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PG2804ggsI0" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PG2804ggsI0</a> Chris Broderick > Him Also <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xkpZ645ztl0" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xkpZ645ztl0</a>
But for all round great musicality, you can't beat a bit of Paco De Lucía <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xkpZ645ztl0" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xkpZ645ztl0</a>

I can't find any decent quality of the myriad bands I could recommend for incredible guitar playing, on top of the fact I hardly know music out of "what sounds good", but if you're into guitarwork, you should know and listen to Chuck Schuldiner of Death. Crystal Mountain, Scavenger of Human Sorrow, Symbolic, Bite The Pain and the list goes on for ages, are all amazing tracks featuring incredible guitar-work, but I'd suggest To Forgive Is To Suffer over them all. Every single thing about that track just blows my face off. Just check out the albums Symbolic and The Sound of Perseverance. RIP, Chuck. One of the greats.
That entire video was horrifically retarded. ALIEN INVASION? LET'S HAVE A GUITAR DUEL ON TOP OF TWO EASILY-DESTROYED MOUNTAIN PLATFORMS WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO POWER METAL I LOVE BLIND GUARDIAN AND RHAPSODY R DA BEST
Curse this decrepit old computer! It's too old to play dem vids.
*sigh*
Someone tell me what video card to buy so I can get my new computer so I can stop using this ancient pile of scrap and actually watch stuff on Teh Intarweb again <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tounge.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p" border="0" alt="tounge.gif" />
[edit]Watched 'em from another machine: pretty cool. I've been starting to get into this kind of music lately (thanks to <a href="http://www.pandora.com/" target="_blank">Pandora</a>), and so far Smyphony X are teh pwn.[/edit]

I've got a bit of a soft spot for Flo Mounier as far as drumming goes. I'm a Cryptopsy 'tard.
