Vid Drivers or something

I just reformated and installed all my drivers, from my cd (Catalyst 6.13) and then I went to the ATI webpage and downloaded theirs. I got the error saying that Software mode is not supported so I switched to D3D. It works but my FPS is like 15 and I cant change any settings. I have to play at the lowest resalution. I downloaded NS off of NSArmsLab. Im not sure if it was a bad copy or what.
Any suggestions?
Right now Im going to reinstall my drivers. For my Radeon 9250. I might have to play with my on board Video. Im going to guess that it can run better than 15 FPS
Never mind I got it. I tryed OpenGL again and it works now.
