Natural-Selection Skin for Windows XP

<div class="IPBDescription">Beware! My brilliant idea...</div>Recently i have been trying to find a ns skin for windows xp without any results. So i decided to try to create one for myself. Unfortunatly, I have no idea how to create one... However I took the liberty to "create" (Cut N paste via sound recorder) some sounds wich can be used in teh skin (I am no expert) <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/nerd-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="::nerdy::" border="0" alt="nerd-fix.gif" />

The Skin:

I want the mouse to become like the commanders. Instead of the start button and the line wich it is attached to (don't know the translation form "Oppgavelinje") to be the like the commander menu (To place buildings and give equippment) I'll Post screenshots later... The Commander map screen can be filled with teh natural-selection logo or any other image dragged there. In the commanders menu you can drag icons and change pages with pressing the other buttons (Like advanced buildings only you can rename it like a folder)

    Yup.

    I remembered using a set of blue mouse pointers someone released. There was even a classic WA skin done by Fam.

    Was ages ago those were released.

    I have been working on this on and off for the past few years. I found the theme sitting on my server a few days ago, and with 3.2 coming out, I figured I should finish it up. These next four days, I'm going to be trying to finish it up, along with some other school stuff.
