Downloading NS v3.2

before installing the 3.2 patch, I'm told to copy my NS folder to "nsp", thing is, I've looked for it but I can't find it. I may have changed its name, I don't really remember what I've done...
Can you help find it, and describe what should there be in it...?

    i need to put this into an ftp server, would it look like this?;

    (ftp adress)/ns/nsp/...

    i dont want to mess up the server because backing it up would take 2 days <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/confused-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="???" border="0" alt="confused-fix.gif" />

    NS 3.1 installs into /Steam/SteamApps/your@steamaccount.com/half-life/ns

    NS 3.2 installs into /Steam/SteamApps/your@steamaccount.com/half-life/nsp

    If you're using the patch to get 3.2, then copy your ns folder and rename it to nsp (keep it in the same directory) then run the installer.

    The full installer will automatically create an nsp folder.
