Winamp Lockzor!

<div class="IPBDescription">it's a off-topic tecnical issue</div>That god damned Winamp seem to lock up each two times i change song. i am running the newest version and have tried to reinstall the program around 4 times with different ins.files. Does anyone on this forum had this problem before and know how to heal my winamp?

Q: Why don't you swich to Mediaplayer?

A: Because Mediaplayer sucks and dosent support my keyboard's change song menus


Q: Try to swich to Classic skin typer

A: didn't work


Q:How many songs are on your list?

A: Around 1000... However i don't think that should affect my winamps preformance


Q:Is your computer good enough to run Winamp?

A:**** you!

    I had this exact same problem, had to downgrade to a really rubbish version <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad-fix.gif" />

    Don't punch me, but I'm using iTunes now, mainly as I'm using an iPod. It runs really badly in windows but I got a fairly good computer so it doesn't bother me too much. Runs a dream in OSX.

    Just try a different output plugin. If Winamp still crashes then I dunno, but if not then you know what's wrong.

    Unfortunatly. One day after bloo had installed the old version of winamp. It startet locking up again. Does the fact that the mp3 lie an a second hardisk have anything to say?

    Bloo is a few steps from Itunes...
