These would be a typical gorge building (maybe size of four chambers near each other) that could be built for X(suggested at 25) amount of res. Aliens would spawn at these "nests" before at hives. This makes relocation for aliens available rather than just relocating to another hive.
Also from these "nests" gorges can "use" them for X(suggested at 5) res and a dead alien will spawn rapidly out of it. This solves the "no beacon for aliens" problem.
Anyway, what do you all think?

This chamber could bring back epic battles to classic.
I think you should have an option to spawn from one rather than at a hive at the the cost of 1 maybe 2 res per respawn and you dont wait in a respawn queue you just pop out, that would be cool if your hive is under serious attack especially if you only have 1 hive.
Would be cool if aliens had a come back after all hives died and the aliens kept popping out then rebuilt a hive for the win.
I hate that all of the marines can just vaporise out of thin air back to spawn including dead ones for the cost of 15 res without even researching the technology too.
Aliens don't need/shouldn't have a beacon of any kind. They have MC, as 10Round pointed out, to 'pop in and out' in the same fashion as beacon. Respawn problems are made up by the fact that alien respawn is free/faster/sturdier/easier to defend.
Perhaps even make it a hybrid between an upgrade chamber and a "loose" chamber like the OC; each chamber costs maybe 15-20 res to build, and for each chamber that you have, you will reduce the respawn cost by 1-2, basically meaning, when you have your first chamber built, aliens can now skip the respawn queue for a cost of 6-7 res, with two chambers the cost is reduced to 4-5 and the third chamber reduces the cost to 2-3.
The location of the respawn can be further debated - either respawn from a hive or from these chambers. Maybe give the aliens the option to choose? The bacteria is connected with itself after all.
If aliens could choose the nest/hive they would like to pop out the next time they spawn this idea would be great.
It would make battles for specific rooms much more interesting. Think of ns1 Marines phasing through to a room and rushing in as long as they can. Either they loose the pg or they manage to capture the room.
Now with this idea aliens at the other side of the room could do the same.
At NS1 this happens if Marines try to rush a hive.
With nests aliens could put much more pressure at specific points (dres, marine base, etc)

I dont think it would be a chamber that would be abused because if you did you will never become that higher life form or drop a second hive afford a res chamber. Your team wouldn't progress which is crucial for a win.
It would be a chamber that if used properly that would save the day.
