Bad consistency

I've recently installed 3.2, and have had no problems up until now.
I just tried to join a 3.2 server (195.242.239.200:28000) but was kicked because of bad consistency with my b_resourcetower.mdl.
I've tried deleting the model and letting the server upload it to me (this didn't work, even though I had cl_allowdownloads 1).
I've also been sent the model from someone who can join the server without any problems.

anyone know whats going on?

(obviously i haven't replaced the model with a custom one...)

    There was a hotfix released, which should be installed on every client and every server running 3.2.

    Ah cool, I came here with this exact problem. I couldn't figure out why the server had players on it yet I couldn't join, even though both the md5sum and the sha1sum of this file was correct.

    BTW I think you guys should mention this on the main NS page.
