Three sound related problems.

To begin, yes I did use the search function to see if there was a solution to my problems.

Desktop:

Problem 1: When attempting to view a demo with the command playdemo the demo plays about two (2) seconds, freezes and sits in a continuous sound loop. Only solution is for me to Alt+Tab and end task NS.

***Basically the demo plays two (2) seconds then freezes. At this point the screen will freeze at the last image seen and either a) get brigter b) get darker c) do nothing. The last sound heard (about the last 0.5 secs of sound before the freeze) will then get continuously looped non stop.

The command viewdemo fixes this 95% of the time (5/100 demos will freeze some point in the demo, but not at the beggining like in the playdemo comand.). My problem with this is that when people are abusing microphone chat I need to record a demo of them for tempban/banning purposes.

This problem does not seem to occur when playing one of my recent demos. Only occurs to my old demos (read: a month or older) and demos which other people have recorded. (Every demo not recorded by me actually no matter when it was taken.)

Problem 2: No in game mic.

Yes, I have checked my windows settings, and in game settings. IT used to act as if my mic was muted, (the symbol would show up but there was no sound) but now it doesn't even register the +voicerecord bind. (Yes I have voice_enable 1)

If you are wondering, yes I do have the <a href="http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=23&PFid=23&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false#AC" target="_blank">newest drivers</a>. Yes, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling them.

Laptop:

Problem 3: I get a buzzy, three part echo following every sound. Yes I do have the newest drivers there too.
