What Maps, Plugins, etc should I use on my server?

I have at the moment just the standart maps installed, and a few amxx plugins such as the "late join exp giver, etc". Does anyone has suggestions what plugins to put on my server and which maps?

    The Top Ten AMXX Plugins running on NS servers are listed <a href="http://www.nsmod.org/forums/index.php?s=&showtopic=2520&view=findpost&p=35714" target="_blank">here</a>.     Btw, the post AFTER the above-mentioned one does NOT include NS v3.2 servers, as the NSSB doesn't parse for them yet.

    Whichever plugin it is that tells you who you're speccing is big on my favorites list right now...
