Take a Cue From Some of the Most Useful/Popular Mods

For NS2 it might not be a bad idea to take some cues from some of the most popular/useful mods available for NS 1. Mods like Phase Select, that gives you a menu of phase gates to choose from when multiple phase gates have been built. mE's equip store that allows you to store certain equipment on arms labs and prototype labs, and ammo and med packs on phase gates which will deliver them to marines when they use the appropriate voice command. Extra Levels which greatly adds to the fun on combat style maps. Those are some that I can think of that, in my opinion, would be terrific additions to the basic NS game for NS2.

Any other mod I'd like to see permanently implemented (such as Crabs MapManager and Display Rules) would be better implemented as defaults for AMXX.
The ammo/medpack drops are not going to be added, as the Comm is meant to watch over their Marines. If they have the capability of dropping ammo/med for two groups, then that's fine and you have a good Comm. But being able to insta-grab health with a request with zero Commander assistance is removing part of the balancing factor.
Extra Levels is just outright unbalancing overall. Unlikely to happen in any official capacity.
Max
