Switching team and then stealing their chests is something that I think should under all circumstances be avoided, simply because of how dubious it is. Case example, just a couple of hours ago: A pirate was CONSTANTLY whining about evening the teams. What were the teams? 5-5-6. So finally he takes "justice" in his own hands by UNBALANCING the teams and going knight to carry off our chests. Yes, the tosser actually thought the teams were unbalanced, and that he was raining righteous vengeance on our heads.
No, my approach to ridiculously unbalanced teams is, I believe, better: Join the largest team. Once the teams are, say, 12-3, even the slowest people should notice that something is wrong and start switching teams. Either that, or the game ends quickly so we can start with new teams.
So, stuff that needs to be implemented asap: Auto team balance, no moving of chests in your own team's scoring area.
