bugs: some clipping in the reload animation. dont bother me about it. i would fix it, but i dont wanna delete 100 keyframes.
also, the heavy arms are a bit silly at some spots, but barely noticable ingame.

ok i got it now but when i read the txt the first time i thought that "The thingie for the archive" was the programm he used or something
i dunno if i wanna fix this or just work on my next hmg project (i found a sweet m249 at some old cs page. throwin ns arms on it is gonna be a **** though <!--emo&:0--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wow.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wow.gif' /><!--endemo-->)
EDIT: assuming you are on milkshape.
edit: that reload animation is 144 frames long. the keyframe where the hands first move that top thingie is at frame 27 or 37 or something, and you have to delete all the keyframes thereafter and reanimate from there.
if there's an easier way to do it, send it through the grapevine
