V-Man, honestly do you miss it all that much? Maybe you ARE just growing out of that stage. Perhaps you could start considering the long term, as in what kind of person you want to spend your life with, rather than what kind of person you want to spend the night with. GrayDuck is right, especially the girls that feel they don't have to wear make up to be pretty and tarty for all the guys out there. I'm a bit hypocritical in that sense as I always have to do my hair when I go out, although, it's women we're talking about here not men!

I maybe bored but I still have some standards :/. As well as being bored there seems to be a whole "I cba" attitude that I have lately. Take Saturday night for example, I got chatted up by two nice girls (not at the same time) in a club prior to me getting wasted so I can remember it quite well. Both of them seemed alright and were obviously quite interesting but I just couldn't be arsed.

One of them, Amanda van something gave me her number and asked me to call her the other obviously got fed up of making all the effort in the conversation. The latter got me some funny looks off me mates who started asking what I was playing at etc etc.

Sounds like because of your prior relationship going so bad, you could have a slight committment problem. Well a major one I'd say, if your not even committed enough to follow up what you thought was a nice girl, who thought you were a nice guy.

The time will come soon when you think "what the hell was I thinking?" when you look back at some of this.
