    only problem I think this map has ... the TSA logo hologram is solid. is there any way to make it so you can move though it instead?

    The logo is a model (cycler iirc)... and i have no idea how to make models non-solid.

    get rid of that music in the crew quaters, the rpg like music, it ruins the map, like totally ruins the map.

    other than that, i think this map has what it takes to go official. i love that weldable that makes trigger_hurt open <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    oh one more thing, weldables take far too long to weld.

    I just installed this map on my server. It's a very pretty map with great detail and seems to be balanced.

    I have to agree with that! I wouldn't have started to make ambient sounds for ns_source without playing this map! I can't exactly say if this version is less laggy than the older one, because I only played it myself this time. It's sad to see that the textures are gone but you handled it pretty good!

    3. take a look at the servers running custommaps.

    1. hard to impossible to achieve ANYTHING with a self made map. noone really carwes exept some individuals.
    2. 1337-ness everywhere so you could puke all the day long. where is the more mature "over 18" community from ns 1.0?
    3. ns_siege. ns_goopsiege. ns_weldsiege. ns_stargate. why bother with creating ns_*REALLYAWESOME*, ns_*BESTLAYOUTEVER* or ns_*YOUNEVEREXPERIENCEDNSLIKETHIS*? maybe that are valid reasons. some people still continueing though. might be insanity <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    Very busy != not interested.

    <b>Maybe</b> the new Version will arrive next week with over 30 minor changes, 2 new resnozzles, 1 completly reconstructed hive and improved r_speeds.

    There are still mature players out there. However i suspect that you won't see any of them becuase they have holed up in their favourite servers and no longer play anywhere else. If you want a map play tested get in touch with one of them.

    yea, and where did all of the mature players from ns 1.0 go anyway? now its mostly nubs that have mouse2 bound to scream "HACKS OMG, XXXX IS USING WALLHACKS OMG OMG!"

    its just like that:

    sir pepe desnt seem to be much of an poster around here. so you guys have to motivate him.
    personally I would be satisfied with having the most wanted custom map back to 1.0, namely ns_fenris rebuild by some fenris lovers.
    enceladus is a pretty nice map. the layout may be little experimental with the concept of the center marinestart I have never seen working on other maps. but Im pretty shure this map will be one of the coolest ever seen for natural selection.
