    That is the current concept they are making larger, problem is, it takes UBER amounts of energy to start it. Bah.

    It is cleaner for the environment because its only waste is oxygen, and it is more reliable because we have infinite supply of fuel (water).

    Mine produces more energy and faster then your windmills with 100% realiablity, therefore you must beat fusion in general.     Just accept the explanation, like the rules say it doesn't have to make much sense, it just has to be semi-plausible. Besides, it's better than a lot of other explanations.

    I think it's valid in this case since a supernova is the end of a star (sun) it's life. It's not used to blow up another object here.

    Hey, there's no reason you can't post a supernova, nuclear blast or other such big explody thingy, I just didn't want people posting nuclear blasts to counter just any old thing. If a nuclear blast or a supernova really WOULD be the most appropriate counter to something, by all means go right ahead.

    So to conclude:

    Sun followed by supernova = good!

    Fluffy bunny rabbit followed by nuclear blast = bad!
