Alrighty, I shall break it down a bit as one week has gone by and those that pay attention in the IRC room... will know what happened, they may skip this part.
Day 2:
Peppersprayed. (Yes I was, and it wasn't that bad)
Class work (More studying of various police procedures, not the laws just yet)
Day 3:
Phyiscal assement day.

1. Run 3 miles (Just had to make it, was not allowed to stop)

2. Run up stairs carrying 150lbs, then go down, then go backup, then go down backwards.

3. Must complete at least 100 pushups, nonstop.

4. Must complete at least 100 situps, nonstop.

5. Run another mile after completing the last few items.

6. Obstacle course (running, jumping and etc)

We lost 3 possible officers that day, as they were unable to complete said assement. There are only 3 spots open, which means we are down to four of us, so one more has to be weeded out.
Day 4:
More coursework in police procedures, followed by another run only two miles this time.
Day 5:
Finished up police basic procedures in the class, including driving technicalities.
Next week is, driving instruction, we don't get to actually drive till the week after. That next week is when we will lose someone else, as you must parallel park your cruiser in a certain amount of time and be out of the car, ready for action in also a certain amount of time. Untill I get those times, I won't know how fast you have to be, but I know it is under a minute. Not sure how far under though.

Obviously the pushup part wasn't monitored closely. That, or the class size was small with only physical fitness buffs drafted. Or maybe they were all allowed to do gurlie pushups.

Man I don't know. There are a lot of fat arsed cops around, no way they're doin 100 straight pushups. Or 100 situps. Or the three mile. I mean, you don't have to do that to get into the Can Forces.

Lets see... we have a general outline of the above assement, they do not mention how long the final run was, and they say nothing about the obstacle course(in this one). However, this letter is dated... April, 14th of 2005, so I would have recieved around the 17th or so.
