IT FINDS A LEAK IN EVERY SINGLE ENTITY THEN TELLS ME "OMG NO PORTAL FILE CAN'T COMPILE" I am using the LATEST ZHLT! I dedlete all the entites, replaced them, and tried again, it FReAKING CRASHED!
I assume that you are new to mapping. Right? You shouldn't go around deleting all your entities if you get a leak(unless your sure that the entity is outside your map and somewhere in the black void). What you need to do is to simply look for gaps between brushes etc, this holes "leaks", so fill them up. I suggest you read some tutorials.
Yeah I understand your problem. Look, it doesn't help to delete the entity that are listed as a "leak", becuse the entity itself are not the leak. It is just that entity that is closest to the leak. So if you delete the entity you will just get another error on the entity second closest to the leak, and so on. Got it? What you must do is to find the leak and drag a brush over it. Again; you should do some reading, lots of hammer editor tutorials out there <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink-fix.gif" />
edit: btw: a leak is a hull in your map. You gotta close it of. But we shouldn't take this discussion in this thread..

Kinda. Had to format my HD some time back, and I haven't bothered to do pick up the work since then. But I got the files stored away some place, I'll see if I can find 'em. I'll probably just send them as they are now, even though the texture usage is a bit over the limit(since I'm kinda tired of the whole hammer thing atm).

I moved the mapinfo out of the floor and into the middle of the room, still got that error.
Deleted it, and it told me "leak in entity info_compile_parameters"
Deleted that, "leak in entity info_textlights"
Deleted, leak in "info_player_start"
Deleted, team_hive sprung a leak.
Deleted that, and the light_spot just so it couldn't find a leak in it, and it compiled; problem is that I don't know where the hell it compiled TO.

Now. Since it has taken a while to get results, and I now have no confimed judges for phase 2, I will need a couple voulenteers.
