Also, Comprox, I would go with Torchlight last because it has all-time-consuming potential. Depends how addicting World of DiabloCraft sounds to you.
I don't know where "World of" comes from. Torchlight is Diablo sans multiplayer. Which sounds like there's something missing, but there isn't really. Also it seems to be good for laptops. Low system requirements (even my parents' really old computer can run it), and thus low power requirements presumably.

I still don't see the comparison. Sure, both games have an art style that lends itself to low system requirements, but that's where the similarities end. And the quest system? Where does that come from? "Yeah, Torchlight quests are just like WoW quests if you remove the quests that WoW is (in)famous for." No, I'm not buying it. Nobody refers to that hack 'n slash game Blizzard made as World of Diablocraft, and unlike Torchlight it actually has something in common with WoW: Multiplayer. If you want to call it Diablorchlight or something, I'm not going to object. But "World of" is entirely misplaced.
Diablo had quests too, although they were almost all plot-centric. thaldarin gief'd me Serious Sam HD and Torchlight! Not had a chance to try SS yet, but Torchlight was fun enough (though I got caught up with easymode Vanquisher).

Compy got me Braid, Torchlight, and Osmos. Too bad he lost $5 'cause Torchlight went on sale the day after. And steam won't price adjust.
