Thanks for the help man, but unfortunately, mine doesn't even get there. Game starts in a window and stays black, initializing appears upper left for a bit. Music begins to play and error pops up.
Sorry, but I refuse to use this "GetSatisfaction" site because it has a horrible useability. From my point of view, setting up a nice bug/issue tracker like Trac or Redmine on your own would have been a lot better. Last but not least because you would have all community related things in-house.
However, I have a small Rant about the Lightning/Shadow LOD. In overall it looks pretty good, but in distance, dark spots become pretty bright and change into dark/shadow casted area as soon as you move near to it. I would say it requires quite some tweaking, also the fade-in/out distance is way too short.
There're also some texture/edge glitches but i'll be sure that other people willspam you with reports about it :)
And another interesting topic @Flayra and/or Max:
I guess you're using this (http://tulrich.com/geekstuff/gameswf.html) GameSWF library? Did you work/patch it on your own? And could you might give some information about the workflow/toolset/things-to-know about using this library?
I just upped my clip capacity to 500. Insta-HMG! Who needs reloading?
Just make sure you up the "bullets in reserve" because there IS an ammo limit, the default is 1000. I ran out after two clips lol.
I'm pretty excited about this, I'm running at an average 30-50 FPS at 1680x1050 with visual detail set to high. That's not much worse than I run L4D2 at.

not so awesome. is there a fix to this or something I can tweak?
Nice to hear got some serious power behind those servers :)
I only see a blurry pixel mess where fonts are supposed to be and most walls lack textures, probably due to low video memory.

I saw this error earlier, any fixes?

Sadly i just stuck the skulk view model onto the rifle.
But if you want change line 19 of Rifle.lua to:
Rifle.viewModelName = "models/alien/skulk/skulk_view.model"//"models/marine/rifle/rifle_view.model"
it doesnt look like you get animations for it. so sounds but i could be wrong on that front.
