There's a guy named Punkbuster that, regardless of how good you're doing as commander, he WILL call you a noob. He WILL threaten to kill you in real life, he WILL go on and on about how you want a piece of him but you're too much of a chicken to act on it.

Simply put, I know a few guys who have commanded while Punkbuster is on the marine team, he runs around and tries to kill everything that moves, he NEVER follows orders and he always sits in base telling the commander he's a faggot for not giving him all kinds of fancy guns.
The lamest things I've heard and seen as commander:
-omfg noob comm you just sent 4 of us to our deaths! *they got killed by 2 skulks on the way*
-*go to your waypoint soldiers!* and they say: no I'm going the other way, everyone follow me!
-right at game start the marines are everywhere on the map(everyone wants to be like rambo).
-says "omfg comm u suck", kicks me out, goes in CC, drops himself a weapon/armor/jetpack and leaves CC.
-blames me because 6 marines died from 2 skulks while building a TF.
-the minute I give armor/wep they go rambo, and dies usually.
-kicks me out just because I have a different build order than they do(i.e. 2 inf portals, 1 obv, 1 ammo fact).
I can't stress this enough, building observatory over a turret factory is more advantageous at the start mainly because:
you can build a phase gate and secure a hive quickly(i.e. send a few guys to a hive, build phase gate, then get rest of team into phase to get to hive).
if things get rough at home base you can use distress beacon(i.e. base gets rushed by skulks and all ur marines died and skulks are chomping ur CC)
with a TF usually the amount of resources you have will get you 3 sentries at most, but usually the rush comes when you're done with 1 sentry, 2 if ur lucky.

Just yesterday, 9v9 games on eclipse, nancy and bast, alien team won after the marines had 2 hives, by massive skulk rushing the marine spawn and nailing the observ, IPs, and phase in < 5 seconds, one time they had another Observ and hit distress ~5 times after having everyone die trying to defend the base by comming back thru the phase gate, but the marines always spawn in the designated spawn points so we had a few skulks just sit at those spots and spawn-kill them. 2 times they built new CCs, rushed those too and won... Wow that was one long arsed sentance
