A quick example of Good Communication and analysis from Alien Commander

I was alien commander (this is lonelygorge btw)
1. We spawned Cave first hive.
2. Our team rushed repair hive.
3. All our skulks got killed in repair.
4. On respawn I knew they were setup in Repair
5. I acknowledged they had the upper hand there and to concede that area.
6. Based on this we should wait in ambush in central
7. My team listened, went to double, and ambushed all the marines in double, and we continued onwards to a now-empty repair and killed everything.
I'm not saying i did anything special, its just something i noticed that worked out really well, which is to acknowledge as alien commander what marrines have
and how to best expect their next move, and that will turn a defeat into a victory.
