  Ok i figured it out, it's : teams "team1" "team2"

  Is that from a mod? So far as I know, all the console commands are listed here, but I didn't see that one.
  
  Could just be that the wiki is missing some, though.

  Kind of yes. Insight was a mod once, but is now part of the game.
