Looking at the score board things actually don't look too grim for the newbs. They seem to be able to at least get some kills in and contribute in one or another way (one of them almost got 200 points). As long as they get to do stuff and contrbute, they might enjoy the game, even when they get owned alot.
Oh, and impressive nummbers, enjoy it while it lasts >-
i dont like all these newblets playing ns2 at the moment i had a 2 hour game yesterday where my score was 156 kills 12 deaths, it was torture trying to have 1 team finally work together to end the damn thing.

I think you all should give them a chance. Afterall, we were all newbs once. Some of you.. most of you are not even pro status so really have no room to complain yourselves.
I actually felt guilty for gunning down ground lerks and walking fades. Started firing warning shots first and holding back on the trigger when I got them in my sights, just to give them a chance to escape. No mercy for ground skulks though.
8vs8 server (no rookies friendly). 14 rookies /o/

You should encourage people for being brave enough to step in the chair.
