Menu "X", Voice overs, Taunts, all voices disappear in Build 255

Hello!

I have one problem from the Build 255, the voice marines male or female are impossible to use, the menu "x" too...
When i want to need a medpack, use taunts or use the "!" in the game with the mouse roll click, all this button didn't work... :/

Have you any recommandation? Do you have this problem too??

    To keep it short:

    None of my hotkeyed commands like "Request Ammo" and "Request Order" work anymore since 255. I rebound them several times to the same and different keys, but they just dont do anything anymore. No voice feedback, and the comm doesnt get the request either. Also, it doesn't work when using this awkward "menu" for requests/taunts (I got it bound to o, i think m is default?).

    Couldn't find a post about it here right now and I know alot of people have the same issues.

    So maybe someone here can help :)

    Please be sure no mods are active, or subscribed to. You can deactivate them in the mods menu, but you have to unsubscribe through steam.
    Then navigate to your hidden user/ironhorse/appdata/roaming/natural selection 2 folder and delete the folder that says "Workshop"
    Now try to test if you are still having problems.

    Same problem here.

    I have no mods for the game but still i deleted the workshop folder just to be sure.

    Same result : i cannot use taunts or calls for commander support as a rine.

    Here it is.

    Also i ve tested using taunts and support calls using D3D11 and D3D9.

    I also restarted my computer just to be sure since it was running non stop after the patch.

    Same results : no sound using requests, taunts and vocals and the comm don't receive a notification from me for the requests.
    Also i can hear other marines using them and play the sound, but i can't use them myself.

    Taunt, eject commander, request orders, request health, request armor, all do not work. I made no key binding changes. The same keys show bound but htting the buttions does nothing.

    I have never had a problem with this game until I did this double badge purchase. It is messed up now. I blew away my local content anbd re-installed. It did nothing. I tried to re-activate all my steam keys (from both bagdes), they all say owned. I need an account fix or rebuild or something.

    Its related to your supporter badge, actually. Looking into it.

    Edit: This has been fixed for the next patch. Whether it gets hotfixed before next week or not is up to the devs. I'll keep you updated here.

    @IronHorse, I checked my log file and YUP, I got the same LUA error you posted. Like I say I bought two bagdes, Gold then Shadow. Not sure if others having this problem have done this or not. Either way the "X" commands are dead until they fix this?

    Donating puts you into ultra hardcore mode, where you can't request any support from comm.

    I got used to it, but I have reflex to hit T whenever I kill somebody 1v1, and this one time... taunt worked! I immidietly tried ping and medpack request and they all worked! I was so happy spamming taunts and request, then I died and it wouldn't work anymore again :(

    This is the trick : DO NOT TAUNT. :)
    Taunting is what triggers the error.

    Again, this is already fixed for next patch so just sit tight people and... don't taunt. :)

    You mean, if I start a game and do something from X menu before taunting, it will work?
