Moon pool isn't in yet?

So I saw the update and loaded up Subnautica on experimental...and there is no moon pool it seems. New game as well. Yet I see people talking about it under the freedom mode. So is only for that mode, did I hit a bug, or is the module not quite out yet?

Thanks, I didn't think this would need a fragment since it didn't feel like it should have one. Maybe for things that COULD be build but need to be researched they have a greyed out icon with 'blueprint missing' in the builder menu?

The whole thing with fragments needs and will get a rework. I think the main reason the fragment is in the Grand Reef is because the Grand Reef was given a grand update and they want folks to check out how cool it looks now.

Moon pool is missing when I updated too. I'm in freedom mode, experimental, using nocost cheat. I spawned a moon pool fragment, but it did not help. It still not showing up with the other builder items. Anyone know if it's being reworked or something?
