Favorite large predator ?

Personal favorite of mine is the Stalker. The way they toy with metal scraps , and their occurence in groups , making for a tricky stealth minigame to recover loot. Their damage is clearly threatening (unlike smaller group attackers like biterfish) but not overkill , so you have a chance to evade them and heal up. The way they swim is endearing also.

Reapers. The cry of a reaper or his white body flashing through the blue of the water is the only thing that gets my blood pumping in this game. Especially when i'm out without the shock blast thingy for the moth.

The Reaper is scary, true, but I have to say I like stalkers best, due to their advanced AI. They seem to be the only creatures in the game right now that don't just fall into "attack-on-sight" "run-away" or "ignore" categories. They have much more advanced activities.

I like sands harks because they don't just attack you, they seem to ignore you unless you annoy them. On my first game, they scared the living soul out of me.

i think i died most because of poison stingers and drowning. 3rd place would be the sandshark with the only kill from 100 to 0 by something that actively attacks you.
I you miss that one stasis rifle shot you're done.
