Hi, my name is Jake Greenland, aged 16.
I heard about this game a while ago, and it seemed very optimistic, and like it wouldn't be very good. But i started watching Jacksepticeye's videos, and i was instantly hooked. I LOVE the ocean, and have wanted to be a Marine Biologist since the 1st grade. And i couldn't get enough of these videos online of this game. It was right up my alley, and i desperately want it still. It is not that i cant pay for the game, but the only computer my family has is a Gateway laptop, with 4G RAM, and an i3-3110 processor, and Intel HD 4000 Graphics card. My operating system is Windows 8 64-bit, and i have more than enough room for the game. But the problem is my RAM and processor. I desperately want this game, but the minimal requirements on steam say its too high for my laptop. I know i am probably asking for too much at once, but is there any way at all, that the minimal requirements could be lowered? I understand completely that the team is working their butts off for the following this game has, and i also understand if their is truly nothing to be done but buy a new computer. But is there any possible way in the future, as the game develops more that the minimal requirements will be lowered? Or maybe something my computer can change to get it to work?
Again, i 100% understand if there is nothing to be done, but it was worth a shot. Thank You.

I would, but there is not work in my area, or people dont trust teenagers with work.
