So whats the deal? I hear a couple of server admins say they have nsadmin, but it isn't released to the public. How can an serverop get his/her hands on this? I played on voogru's server for the first time the other day and I LOVE what he did to it.

He coded it, its up to him. Voogru was already flamed for MAKING the thing in the first place, the last thing he needs is to have those flames multiplied by 1000 when people put it on their server. Right now its just 1 server running the mod, and there was least 5 pages of flames about it.
Now you expect him to release it and have a good 50+ servers running it so he can get flamed whenever some moron joins and finds out its modified?

I was flamed for running it on my own server, Im not gonna even THINK about giving it out, i got about 10 pages of flames or more from running it on my own server.
If i release it, then 10-20 servers run it... hmm lets do some math:
Ill release plugins that dont change gameplay, but i will NEVER release any plugins that have anything to do with gameplay (such as health armory/resource sharing)
