I find 2 beds in mountains area wreck but I cannot scan them. I think the power nap updata adds bed to my blueprints.
Do you guys exprience the same problem, or it is just me?
You aren't the only one, buddy. A dev has responded to a similar bug report and is looking into it. For now, go check out the Mushroom Caves, the Dev said that the beds there should be able to be scanned
I only found a bed model in the Abandoned Seabase in the Jellyshroom caves. None of the other locations appeared to have a visible bed model at all. The one I did find scanned without any trouble, though.
scubamatt I found another location with scanable bed, coordinate -897,-422,-1428, you can also find a bookshelf there.
Awesome, thank you!
EDIT: I checked the wreck, and not only did I find a scannable bed and a bookshelf (without actually needing to cut through doors) I also found a LOT of fragments for blueprints - all but one I already had, but the sheer number of fragments inside the wreck was surprising.
BDelacroix, can you build the cyclops? I can build the cyclops but in my blueprint it shows "cyclops 2/3". I gueess because cyclops is still under development the data showed in pda contains bugs.
Warviper you need to start a new game; old save has bugs with new updata and it may not work.
I suppose I will have to do so. The devs did state when the patch released that it was compatible with current game saves as long as you hadn't built anything in the area that being updated which I hadn't. They are going to need to fix their updating process anyway because there is no reason a patch like this should have broken any current saves and it would be nice to have patches in the final release that don't break the game every time it is updated.

They're not patches, they're updates. One is fundamentally changing multiple aspects of the game world (and its interconnected systems), the other is repairing bugs or other problems.
They didn't say saved games would be compatible with new updates, they said the chance of problems was greater if you had bases/etc near areas where they have been altering terrain. Its Early Access, and the older your saved game is (compared to the current build) the more problems you're going to have.
I have a fresh, post-Power Nap save file. I can scan the new items in the JSC and the Grand Reef just fine, but I am unable to scan the new items in the Mountains wreck (which uniquely has the single plate shelves and the bed with blanket). Just discovered this - glad I at least didn't find any reapers on my way.
