help i can't open my game

i have the same problem... is caused by an Update or something? cause before an Exp. Update the game was working fine, after the update the problem appeared

Me too. The loading screen stops at 90% of the prefab data base. The seconds keep ticking up for 5+ min. Tried uninstalling some other programs with no effect. I can't even start a new game coz the same thing happens. Update 67 just came out so maybe it is that?

I am having the same issue. I let it run for around three hours and it never loaded.

I have over 20+ hours on survival and I get to the screen where I can click what save game to load, and it won't let me load my game,ni can't click on it or anything, I play on Xbox one, any body know when an update or fix is coming?

Same issue. Can't load old game, the button is unresponsive. Can't start new game as it hangs on the loading screen.

I'm having this issue as well. Gets stuck at 90% loading during loading PrefabDatabase. I'm on OSX. Deleting saved games, game content, any other files i could locate and reinstalling has been unsuccessful.

OP specified clearly a different issue than yours, which is coincidentally also my issue. You reach the game in the loading screen - he and I can't even get that far, the game window is just a tiny bar that stops responding.
Read more carefully before derailing the thread with "same"/"me too" kind of posts, people.

OP - your system is below our minimum requirements as the box says. Always read the system requirements before purchase to avoid disappointment.

I got this to work, Here is what i did. I went into language options and noticed the language selection was empty and changed it back to english.

Hold on a second, I have the same problem, but the game was working just fine on recommended settings before update 67.

i think is a problem with some software, and i'm not saying that is the game, cause i downloaded by torrent the Power-nap Update and it didn't work, maybe i think is the Vulkan Libraries or lastest update of C++, it's only a "Maybe"
