Decontamination Showers

I had this thought: "what if we got caught in one of those toxic Gasopod clouds? Or swam too close to the Aurora before we had a Radiation suit? Wouldn't we get contaminated with whatever these unknown creatures carry? Radiation doesn't disappear on its own!" So, what if we had decontamination showers designed to rid us of these problems which would probably have undesirable effects on the human body?

It works as a normal shower, but can also cleanse your body of harmful ailments (ranging from hunger/water/air depletion at a faster rate, but also taking damage over time, etc). What you do, is use a chemical station (also would be a good idea) and research medicines, which you get in a glass tube, and place in a docking stasis in the shower, then use!

Any ideas to capitalize on this?

    If the game had a disease/poison system whereas you can contract something that lasts several hours/days id say yes, but since we dont catch anything bad in the game i dont really see why this would need to exist.

    The game is still in Early Access, meaning, there's still a lot to add to the game. Only the Dev's know what truly lies in store for it.
