Base room tech

As the game matures, we're seeing fragments switch from those little white lockers to busted chunks of the thing they are. I think this is great, but it presents a problem when it comes to things like the moonpool. The way I see it there are 2 major options here;

1. Scan the rooms at abandoned Degasi bases, much like we can now do with the multi-purpose room. Downside here is that the bases are all in, and would need to be changed to include such things.

2. Download the blueprints directly from a data terminal, or even from multiple data terminals, such as we find in wrecks or in the Aurora. Then do away with the fragments for these rooms entirely.

    3. Have the blueprints on PDA, or partial blueprints, as some of the data was corrupted and you'll need to find multiple PDAs to get the entire blueprint. Who doesn't just love to find PDAs? Let's have more of them!!

    That would work too... there is a message on one of the data terminals on the Aurora that "PDA is corrupted, uploading missing data" or words to that effect.

    Once all of the placeholder "safe" fragments are replaced, I hope they do something fun with that model. After seeing it so often for all this time, I'd be sad to not see it anymore when the gave officially launches. Maybe it could be an actual safe in the Captain's quarters on the Aurora that could be scannable? Then you could have one of your very on to display in your base, next to the Vending Machine and Coffee Maker. :p

    @Tarkannen That would be neat. Bonus points if we can actually store stuff in them.
