Crabsquid EMP...

Anybody else noticing that their seamoth isn't being effected by the Crabsquid's EMP blast? (in mainline stable version)

It has happened to me four times in the last couple of days.

At first I thought it was because I was too far away, but for three of them the creature was right beside me.

    Depends on. The EMP is programmed to move in an expanding circle, not in a sphere. That means if you are just slightly under the squid while he fires it, it won´t hit you. Or the thing you explained is a bug I haven´t noticed yet.

    No your correct, it's extremely easy to dodge the emp blasts do to its expanding hoola-hoop like attack, it should go off like a sphere..

    Or they can add like an alternate fire mode to the crab squids..

    1. The ring type emp blast has a very narrow but long range attack

    2. The sphere type attack has a massive but very short attack (CQC)

    just a thought is all.
