[CRASH] Consistent crashing after video lagging

I am experiencing a hard crash, pretty consistently. This is my 2nd save and I am only 10 hours in.
As I am driving the SeaMoth around, I start experiencing draw lag at which point I "stop driving" in hopes that the rendering engine will 'catch up'.
Sometimes it does, most times I crash. Below are the links to the requested files.

- All of my drivers are up to date
- Windows is up to date
- I tried verifying the cache
- I reinstalled to a SSD (just in case there was either something wrong with my game drive or it was too slow).

Does clearing the cache clear it up? ▼

Oh and if you're on 40062 I'd switch to experimental, at least until next stable update.
