  Yes, as a bit of a spare-time/pet project some of the Devs have been working on its rigging and model, however no programming work for it appears to be taking place. Programming the creature is where the large majority of the work involved is, so do not expect it prior to 1.0. If we do get it prior to 1.0, awesome (unlikely), so, do not get your hopes up.

  I didn't know that no programming has been done, but still cool to see work getting done on the Ghost Leviathan anyways.

  Look in the recent development Trello, the ghost leviathan is in doing and it says it needs animations.
