What is happening? Been sick for a while

I don't have much eye time as I'm exhausted from a lengthy hospital stay. Would someone be so kind as to tell me when/what next update is due and if game is going to official launch soon? I think I"d heard May a while ago for official launch month. I know there's the trello thing, but my mind isn't working so good.

The roadmap has changed again with June maybe being feature finsished, but performance, stability and polishing will need far longer.

Next update probably within a week with a new reworked and now destructable Cyclops as a highlight.

It's confusing as I see people complaining about a submarine being under-powered to get through some areas so I thought something major had just been released and the game was one patch away from completion. I'm not even sure what patch/update? people are referring to with the submarine issues. Do you know? Is it an experimental thing, or from an update from months ago? The messages/posts looked new.

There is a new update that should hopefully come out tomorrow, or in a week with an updated cyclops. It takes damage and has a whole lot of new features, practically a Cyclops 2.0/ But a lot of people are complaining about it but the developers seem to have resolved most of it. It also adds new UI, new item icons, new textures for materials, precursor caches, outcrops and some bugfixes. Pretty awesome

Another issue has been hitting hard limits for textures/assets, causing a stall in new content being added to the main release branch. Addressing this is one reason the latest update has been pushed back a bit.

Yeah the UI is getting a complete overhaul, same with the Cyclops. Bugs, bugs, skittles (skittles was a temporary bug that made many textures rainbow, and made the Boneshark into a roboshark for some time, etc. Next update I think will be the final stage of the UI and prison and all that juicy goodness.
