hi guys. I'm using windows 7, AMD APU CPU, and AMD RADEON HD 7660D GPU), and this is the only game i'm getting very big fps drops in.
That being said, I understand it's in development so it's fine, but I've seen some youtubers playing with minimal lag, and i was wondering if there's any known fixes
(i'm playing resolution 800x480, no v-sync, minimum quality in graphics settings) I get 60fps and then 1.

That and, oddly enough, turning the graphics quality up sometimes helps. Try it, if not, put it back (yes I know it doesn't make sense, but I've seen it work sometimes, so... *shrug* give it a shot I guess).
Just for reference, a SSD is a type of hard drive and is much quicker when accessing date, in this case streaming the world chunks in Subnautica
