Starting difficulty options

1) option to start with reduced set of initial blueprints (more fragments needed art team!) - a checklist would be great.
2) option to start with damaged equipment in lifepod (medkit dispenser and comms are not repairable, or comms works for a bit and then fizzles out).
3) vegetarian option! :)
4) reduced edible fauna in certain biomes, reduced resources

I feel all these would satisfy a few itches - I see a few speed-runners already making up their own rules :) - and also draw the game out a bit for those of us who've already beaten it a few times before release!
