Got to be an expansion, there isn't that much use for a hovercraft in game right now. Which means more stuff on top of the water. Maybe for the arctic biome? Though I tend to associate hovercraft with swamps personally. Hmm...
Hopefully they abandon console versions and focus on improving the PC version, then importing those improvements later.
Feels like the Devs juggled console and pc too much in EA. Full release is not as polished as I would like it to be.
It has a lot of quality of life issues with it's interface, some are REALLY annoying. However, I do believe their performance work for the Xbone has trickled into PC as well...
won't really know a window per say. looks like they are seeing how well its current build runs, look into implementing chunk rendering techniques and improve performance (good but it could be better obvs)... adding catalog of current build...developing/tinkering...adjustments... implementation...testing... microsoft's (frankly BS even as xbl player myself) cert system... looking at possibly may? just realistically speaking, heck given they are through the worst part may even surprise us w/ a sooner date

nah there's a lot of potential $$ in console, game would play well on consoles too, it just needs aim assist.
