Query about experimental mode + patch

Hi all! I have a question about playing an Experimental mode save. Stable builds can't load experimental mode saves because the stable version is lower, but if a new patch comes out, would I be able to move my experimental save back to stable?

I ask this because Obraxis on the Steam forums said the new patch is planned (not confirmed, just planned) to come out in the following week and I want to move my Experimental save back to stable if possible.

Any ideas? Thanks!

    Should work as long as the version is after the Experimental. You can also manually edit the gameinfo.json in the saved game slot with the build number you want to force it to load.
