Boarded the Cyclops the other day and got the AI entry message, "You are the best captain in the world, and I'm not even squidding."

Seriously. I had to Google it, and someone did grab an audio of it on YouTube.

I guess it's a random thing, happens once? Or is it an indicator of Cyclops AI losing its mind from the virus?

Very weird, but funny.

    It is a random message the Cyclops AI will say. It's very rare, but its not because of a virus. :)

    Honestly when I heard it for the first time, I thought the language bugged out and I was hearing a different voice over. It was too hard to hear at the time so I really had no idea what the thing said to me haha.

    I got that message the other day! I couldn't quite understand it, so I'm glad you looked it up.

    I've also gotten a message from the PDA about, I think, resistance being futile, after accessing the first terminal in the Gun Island base. It was accompanied by a burst of jazz music. o.O

    Turns out that the Codsworth algorithm survived Fallout 4, and continues to infect most machinery well into the 24th century. Despite centuries of software updates it appears there's very little that can be done about it.

    @Q_bert Back in the day, if you ordered a pair of men's shoes online this was followed by weeks of spam email for Viagra. I haven't seen it for a while, so maybe it's not a thing anymore.
