Below Zero v37024: Loading screen shows messages about base hull strength

(I wasn't sure whether to report this because it might be well-known; it happened to me in Subnautica as well. But I didn't find an existing bug report for it.)
While the game is loading, as bases and vehicles are constructed it triggers messages about changing hull strength and max depth increases. These messages are visible in the center of the loading screen.
First image shows what I see with a single base, no depth upgrades.
After my base and vehicles are further developed, there are multiple overlapping messages (second image.)

Well yes, I understand what triggers it, but its still a bug. :-)
FWIW it still happens on build 39027.
